Greenwich Strategic Partners is a practice of Vice City Mirchi LLC ("we"). Using this website means you accept these terms. If you do not, leave.
2. What this site is
The pages describe transaction diligence, valuation analysis support, advisory work, and turnaround and restructuring support. They are general descriptions. They are not advice on a live engagement.
3. No client relationship
Reading the site, booking a call, or sending the form does not make you a client. Work starts only under a written engagement. Until then, do not send confidential deal documents through the site.
4. Engagements
A signed engagement controls scope, fees, confidentiality, and deliverables. It wins if it conflicts with these terms.
5. Valuations and sign-offs
We provide analysis and support. Formal valuations, audit opinions, and sign-offs stay with your retained advisors. Nothing on this site is a fairness opinion or an appraisal.
6. As-is
The site may be down, late, or wrong. We do not promise otherwise.
7. Liability
To the extent Florida law allows, Vice City Mirchi LLC is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or other indirect loss from using the site. Website use is not a substitute for an engagement.
8. Our content
Text, layout, and images on this site belong to Vice City Mirchi LLC unless a credit says otherwise. You may not copy them for your own site or a product.

Calendly and other linked sites are not ours. Their terms apply there.
10. Conduct
Do not break the law on this site, scrape it, probe it, or pretend to be someone else.

Florida law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We change these terms by posting a new version. Using the site after that is acceptance.
